Common types of judicial court bonds:
Appeal Bond – Required by the court in order to file an appeal. Generally requires full collateral.
Attachment/Garnishment – Required by the court to protect the defendant against loss or damage from the Plaintiff wrongfully attaching property.
Injunction Bond (TRO Bond) – Required by the court when a judicial order has been entered for the Plaintiff whereby the Defendant is required to do or cease doing a particular thing until the issue is decided in court. The bond protects the Defendant against damages and costs should the court rule in their favor.
